Boardssey Partner Program Terms and Conditions

By signing up for the Boardssey Partner Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the rules and expectations for participating in the program and earning commissions. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Eligibility
1.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in their jurisdiction to enter into this agreement.
1.2 You must own or manage a website, social media platform, community, or other channel that aligns with Boardssey’s mission and values.
1.3 Boardssey reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2. Partner Responsibilities
2.1 Partners must use their unique referral links provided by Boardssey to track referrals and commissions.
2.2 Content promoting Boardssey must be accurate, ethical, and comply with all applicable laws and advertising standards.
2.3 Partners are prohibited from engaging in deceptive practices, including but not limited to false claims, spamming, or impersonating Boardssey.
2.4 Partners agree not to use paid advertising, including PPC (Pay-Per-Click), to compete with Boardssey’s marketing campaigns.
3. Commissions and Rewards
3.1 Partners earn 10% commission on all paid subscriptions generated through their referral link.
3.2 Partners will receive a $50 bonus after successfully referring their first 10 paying customers.
3.3 Commissions are calculated based on subscription payments made by referred customers.
3.4 Commissions are only payable for customers who remain subscribed beyond the initial trial period (if applicable).
4. Payout Terms
4.1 Payouts will be processed monthly and issued via the payment method selected in your partner dashboard.
4.2 The minimum payout threshold is $25. Balances below this amount will roll over to the next month.
4.3 Boardssey reserves the right to withhold payments if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
5. Termination of Partnership
5.1 Boardssey reserves the right to terminate the partnership at any time if a partner violates these terms or engages in activities that damage Boardssey’s reputation.
5.2 Partners may terminate their participation in the program by providing written notice to Boardssey.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Partners are granted a non-exclusive license to use Boardssey’s logos, banners, and marketing materials for the sole purpose of promoting Boardssey.
6.2 Unauthorized use of Boardssey’s trademarks or intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Boardssey is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Partner Program.
7.2 Boardssey does not guarantee specific results or earnings from participation in the program.
8. Program Modifications
8.1 Boardssey reserves the right to modify or terminate the Partner Program, including commission structures and bonus incentives, at any time with reasonable notice to partners.
8.2 Continued participation in the program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
9.2 Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
